Your pastels are awesome, Noah!

Colin and I gave it a go while we were in Italy, but couldn't bust them out as quickly as we had to move from place to place.

I really admire your plein air abilities. Your landscapes are truly beautiful.

You son of a bitch, you're a pastel, plein air, pumpin' machine! You're going to have to show me some tricks of the trade sometime, they're really looking great. Keep ah doin' it to it.

Thanks everyone. We should all get together and head out. I have a lot to learn about pastels, but I really enjoy it. Plein air painting combines tow of my favorite things doing art and getting outside and enjoying nature.

Sarah it's great to see you have a blog now. I can't wait to see more posts.

Good one Daniel.

Haven't worked in pastels for quite a few years. Your stuff inspires! We'll add you to our links.

Cheers!

Very nice sense of atmosphere in that piece, and I think it's a great idea to photograph yourself creating it. It adds a documentary-style interest to the blog and helps us relate to the process of creating it.
