Yeah, Nupastel on Canson paper. I like Nupastels because they don't crumble and I can get more detail out of them, plus I can carry them around with me and don't have to worry about broken pastels.

Thanks Emma. Most of my color studies are about 9 inches by 5 inches or so. I used to do them smaller, but working bigger i can get more color in.
Wow. I never could get the hang of Nupastels. You have an uncanny command of value. I really like the aliens down below, too.
