Color study

Some people said they wanted to see more color work and it just so happens that I was thinking on taking one of my black and white studies to color. The finished pieces will be larger format so I can get a little more detail out of it and there are also a few color choices I would like to change.

Thanks for the comments everyone.

In the past I did a lot of my color work in photoshop, but I missed having an original mistakes and all, so I switched to pastels a year or two ago. I like the fact that I cannot make to many changes, it really forces me to focus, plus I love plein air painting and I can't imagine doing that on the computer (although sparth does a nice job at it).

You are really creating a new world in this "life on the clouds" approach.
I love how you feel the place of each object through the big spaces (without left the design).
I enjoyed your website too... people pencil sketches are great. I liked a lot the lighting... how you keep the color base still vibrating. The airport concept, with that Wyeth palette, is beautiful!
So please, keep posting!
Ernesto

(thanks for the comments on my blog :))
